Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier but typically range from 5–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Discreet Shipping

We understand privacy matters. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging whenever possible, with no explicit product details listed on the exterior of the package.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume shipping periods

Last Fling Things is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Last Fling Things is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing times may vary and can affect delivery estimates.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
